Robert was very helpful and friendly. With the help of Josh they where able to find the car my wife wanted and have it delivered to their location. And my wife and I went the next morning to sign the paperwork and get the 2019 Honda Civic touring she has been wanting. What impressed me was the fact. Robert came in on his day off to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Now that's dedication and Hughes Honda should reward those types of employees!
Alex is a amazing example of how you would want your customer service experience anywhere to be! He went ABOVE and beyond to help my husband and I from the time we walked in to the time we walked out with our brand new car. He is knowledgeable, polite, and last but not least he'll assist with your needs with a smile every single time (he gave me and my husband over 9 waters lol). I brought my 2013 Honda Accord to the service department because of a nail in a tire. We purchased the tires there last year. The crew handled our replacement quickly and efficiently. Thankfully the tire was still under warranty!!
