Overall, my experience was positive. I would like to know why customers are charged shop supplies fees@f0 What's included in these fees and how is this not against the law?

The service department was nice and friendly they also took care of my vehicle right away the wait wasn't long. The service department at Hughes Honda always does a job keep up the good work.

Had a blow out on interstate that morning so day started pretty bad. When I came for a new tire got great customer service! Casey took good care of us and the shuttle drove me and my husband to breakfast while we waited and picked us up. Awesome place. Thanks a ton!!!!
