Had transmission flushed and radiator flush and refill. Had to bring vehicle back for fluid smell but was over splash on engine from refill. Cleaned engine and flushed radiator again at no charge. Thanks

We are completely satisfied with the pilot we bought . I am so happy to have the room for 8, we have 3 Adults an two growing tall teens unlike my old Mimi Van every one has their place and space + room for company.My pilot is so easy to drive and fits into a parking space on my first try. The sales man Zahid Khan was great, I have bought all of our vehicles for 40 years if I don't like a salesperson I walked out the door. Honda has a great sales team Mr. Khan is very polite, a nice gentleman he helped me in every way made me feel so comfortable. I knew I wanted a pilot after my husband told me go drive a pilot. This was the first time I did not have to shop for what I wanted. If we need another car Honda will be my first stop.

Everybody was super friendly and helpful My sales person Kyle treats you like family and the finance manager Jose well let's say he is the best to ever do his job!!! I totally recommend Hughes Honda to anybody that's in the hunt for a new vehicle
