When I first contacted them about a car I was interested in, they were helpful in answering my questions and sharing information. There were several texts and calls made and they were always prompt with their responses. When we did purchase a car, as well as the months after, they made sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They made follow up phone calls ( over the course of several months) asking how things were going with the car. It's been a long time since I've had such great service from a Honda dealership like I've had with this one.

Very good service! They recently replaced my airbags due to a recall. I have a dash mat on my minivan and was worried that to replace the airbag they would have to trash the dash mat to get to it.... but no.. it looked perfect when I picked it up, the technician was very delicate! Good job Hughes Honda!!!
