I have been going to Hughes Honda since 2016 and I have always been treated with the greatest respect. There are 2 people there I really enjoy working with me Kris and now KD. Kris always has a smile on his face, since Imet him maybe a year ago and KD was the first one to give me her card and said to call her personally if I had any questions.

My wife wanted to replace her car and after exhaustive research decided on a new Honda CRV EX. We used TrueCar to get an average purchase price and NADA guides to determine our trade-in value. Armed with this information we drove over to Hughes Honda and looked over their inventory and took a test drive. Our salesman, Carlos Rhodes, took the time to show us all the neat technology in the new CRV. Really impressive!We took a couple days off to do some more research and come Saturday morning we presented our offer for the CRV. After a bit of negotiation (Be sure to do your homework!) we arrived and what we feel was a fair price for the car. Two hours later we were driving out in a new CRV.Overall, we felt this was a very satisfactory car buying experience, no high pressure sales tactics. Carlos has been very attentive to our post sales questions and arranged to have the front license plate holder mounted on the car. My wife loves displaying her "Retired Navy" front plate. We will certainly go back to Carlos and Hughes Honda for a future Honda purchases.

This was my first service experience at Hughes Honda, and I could not be more pleased. They did an excellent job for me, and in a very timely and accommodating manner.I will definitely be returning here for all my future work. I highly recommend Hughes Honda for all your needs.

Our experience in purchasing a Honda at Hughes Honda was great. Our salesman,Acosta, was the best salesman we have ever had. He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. Kyle, the person tasked with going through the paperwork with us, was a pleasure to work with. We would recommend Hughes Honda, and Acosta, to anyone shopping for a car.

Everything was exactly as scheduled. Service advisor was very friendly and knowledgeable. No pressure; on time; professional.Only issue that I have is that the customer waiting area ( waited many times during the years) needs to be updated and expanded. No tables to do work; no snacks; etc.
