He was personable, courteous, knowledgeable about the car and easy to work with. Kyle, the person tasked with going through the paperwork with us, was a pleasure to work with. I have had Casey as my service advisor twice now and she is one of the most positive and courteous people I have come into contact with when getting service for my car. Recently I needed a tire replaced that had a manufacturers defect. Casey helped me get in touch with the tire customer service rep, and also helped explain what happened with the tire. They approved paying for the new tire based on her assessment. She always seems to have a smile on her face and is very helpful! Thank you for this type of service advisor.
