I visited Hughes Honda for an oil change and to have my tire checked. I received good customer service from Casey. She kept me informed of what was going with my vehicle the entire time and the waitwasn't bad at all.

I made an online appointment for an oil change and to have my brakes inspected. On the way over there I received an email that my appointment was canceled by me (weird because I did not). I called ahead and KD Johnson fixed the issues. Upon getting there and waiting then leaving and coming back, Ms. Johnson was helpful with every step. She kept me informed and updated with every issue while maintaining a kind and professional demeanor. She answered all my questions and offered alternative solutions when available. Time and time again, Ms. Johnson has treated me like a valuable customer that was receiving 5 star treatment. Thank you again for taking care of me and my CR-V!!!
