Had difficulty getting the service dept. Also, I did not get a call when the service was complete as requested

I can't say enough about what a great experience I had purchasing a car here and how FABULOUS Alex was to work with. Take everything you think you know about car salesmen and throw it out the window. He went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed in all aspects of the purchase and the vehicle and was comfortable with my purchase. What a breath of fresh air.

I was very pleased with the service I received. I was greeted with friendly, smiling employees and might I say, Casey Pippin, my service advisor, made me feel right at home as she helped me with some coffee and went over what was going to take place. She is the prime example of what hospitality and customer service is supposed to be. I was in and out in 30 minutes.
