We have bought 1 van and had 2 serviced here. We got my sister to buy a van and my MIL to buy a CR-V from here as well. The warranty forever was a big factor in purchasing from here. However, we have recently found out the warranty forever will to ANYTHING not to pay and cover. The dealer did right and covered the cost, but the warranty issues makes me realize that we do not have the coverage that we thought we had. Essentially you have to get 100% of the work done at the dealer and call for approval each time for ANYTHING that you go to another reputable shop for. It doesn't matter if the work done at the other shop had nothing to do with the issue you are asking to have covered. The service department advisers are nice and seem to enjoy their job and are a pleasure to deal with though.
