Service area staff were polite, helpful and prompt. I've been to another Dealership's service area where I was ignored for over 15 minutes while 3 staff members drank coffee, ate donuts, etc. Not so here! Good job!
I want to say Team Carlos did a fantastic job I purchased 2 new 2015 Hondas and he treated me and my daughter like family.He took the time to show us how to use all the features in the cars. When I want to know something about my Hondas I can call him anytime on his cell or text and I get a response ASAP . This is my first Honda and I love the car . I'm a Honda man for life thanks Carlos you are the man
I was just passing by looking around for a good reliable car till I get the money to buy. Pulled in a a very awesome gentleman named Jeff Whipple came out and helped me. He knew everything about the accord that I was interested in and had an amazing attitude. I wasn't able to by that day I can gauruntee that when I am able to I will come back to Hughes Honda and see Jeff Whipple to buy my car. He made the experience an amazing one. Best salesman ever!!!
