I bought a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Honda CR-V from them. The sales experience was good with Jeff Whipple. He was very knowledgeable about Hondas. But the negotiation was not so good. They would not budge on the price at all and I had to negotiate on my trade value! I was not happy with this but the price was still within range on KBB so I went with it because I really liked the vehicle. In hindsight I should have done my research and walked away and let them make me a better offer or looked for a comparable deal somewhere else. Not happy at all with the deal I got! But I do like the vehicle. The dealership is so so. The Honda is real good.The Finance Manager, Chuck, was helpful when I had a lot of trouble getting them to fax a correct buyers order to me and my banks. After they put me in touch with him things got better. I did get a reasonable deal on the extended warranty. I hope it will be a good one. Gap insurance was much cheaper through my bank though. If I have to deal with this dealership again, I will certainly do my research and walk away if it's not a good deal.

My salesman Hughes Honda was Jeff Whipple. He is very Friendly and was very helpful thru the entire process. I would recommend all my friends and family.Jeff made my buying experience a pleasure iwill most definitely be going back to see Jeff and Mr Chuck in the future . Thanks.
