I went to Hughes Honda in Warner Robins to browse, shop, not buy a car. My daughter went along with me. She and her husband had purchased a vehicle there and she told me about their Lifetime Powertrain Warranty on new cars. This warranty, alone is enough incentive to visit Hughes Honda. Joseph Scarborough was the salesperson that (even though I was not interested in purchasing a vehicle that day) showed me different cars pointing out their features and walked me through each, brought several cars out for me to look at, including driving a few. He was patient and tried to guide me and convince me that it was a good time to buy (end of the month) without putting a lot of pressure on me. I spent several hours there and purchased a Honda Accord EX 2015. Joseph worked to give me the best deal possible and he and other staff at Honda stayed after hours to make this sell possible. I received emails from Joseph Scarborough "thanking me for my purchase". I also received emails from Gene Wellborn, Service Dept. Mgr., thanking me as well. They had installed mud flaps and molding on the car. The car looks awesome! Gene also informed me how I can easily make follow up appts. for service.The staff were friendly (not pushy) including TJ Medina, the Finance Mgr. Thanks Joseph for sticking with me.

I did not expect or plan to buy a car this week, but when my car broke down unexpectedly, I was immediately dreading the process of finding a new car. I wanted something reliable, fuel-efficient, and affordable. I went to 3 other dealerships before coming across Hughes Honda, and all 3 other dealerships (especially Five-Star Ford on Russell) tried to take advantage of me and acted in the stereotypical way that everyone hates about car salesmen. I truly had the best experience at Hughes Honda with the most honest salesman, Mr. Kyle Tubbs. I am in my early 20s but Kyle saw me as an opportunity to have a customer for life, rather than a young girl to take advantage of. I can honestly say I got the best deal and the safest car, and it was actually an enjoyable process. I will be going to Hughes Honda and Kyle Tubbs for any car purchases in the future. I only wish I hadn't wasted my time even looking at other dealerships in the first place.
Had a good experience with my routine maintenance at Hughes Honda. Thanks Crystal Darden for having this go so smoothly and calling as soon as my car was ready for pickup. Although I did not buy my honda at this dealership, they are doing a good job taking car of my 2012 Civic. Thanks!
