I just picked up my Odyssey from the service department. I was told it was going to be all day since there were several recalls on top of the normal maintenance required. It was just a bit over two hours after I dropped it off that I received a phone call saying it was ready for pick up. The gentleman driving the shuttle, I'm sorry I forgot his name, was very nice and I dont think it was even two minutes after the call that he was at my home to take me back to the dealership. Kris helped me inside at the counter and as always was very helpful and so nice. Even though he is wearing a mask you can tell he is smiling under it. This was my second time visiting the service department since buying our van and each time I am happily surprised by how quick the work is completed and the service.
The service was excellent. Associates were visible and eager to assist as soon as we pulled up. Carlos was the associate that assisted me and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and kind. On a scale ok f 1- 10 he easily is a 10. Thank you for allowing me to voice my opinion.
