The salesman, Acosta, was absolutely amazing. He has a very lively and honest personality. He showed me how to operate everything on my new car and made sure that all my questions were answered! I highly recommend asking for him! The manager worked with me on my trade in and got my cost down to what I wanted. We requested to only have our credit ran one time and he made it happen. I also really like how he brought out a financing binder to show me what rates I would get from local banks vs using honda financing. The rate was accurate because I had already checked a local bank. He established excellence trust and made sure to give appropriate discounts. Kyle was our financing representative and our time spent signing our lives away was interesting and humorous. He broke down warranties and was very patient while we made our decision. All questions were explained and he gave detailed paperwork to explain how all the warranties operate. Out of the many dealerships I have dealt with in my life, this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Great group of people, fast process and I feel completely satisfied with my decision.

I had a key fob replaced. The price was exactly what I was quoted at the time I ordered it last week. Service was quick and I felt safe in the waiting room. All employees and customers were wearing masks.

This was my first time going to Hughes to get a car serviced, or in general. I recently bought a new to me Honda at another dealership, and saw the previous owner had it serviced at Hughes. I scheduled my appointment for 1:15, we got there at 12:45. The service advisor told me that they only scheduled appointments on the half hour. The next available appointment was at 2, so it'd be a hour before they got to me. I was fine with waiting and understood. We walked around for a few, next thing I know my car was done at 1:35. Way before I expected it to be. Everyone was friendly and professional. Looking forward to buying a new Honda from them soon!
