Robert was a fantastic help when deciding between choices of cars I wished to purchase. Everyone who went over paperwork with us was very conversational and welcoming, ultimately making the car buying experience an enjoyable one!
I've only received oil changes from this establishment. However I have an extended warranty and preferred my wheel bearing to be addressed by an OEM establishment. I reviewed the reviews on Hughes Honda dagIt's and on Yelp which made me feel very cautious as I also experienced many reviews posted on Yelp. I was willing to drive 60 miles to another establishment. Today Hughes Honda of Warner Robins is redeemed because of Mr. Ronell Wooten. If you need an example of a caught in action moment, someone who represent excellent customer service at its finest, and a wealth of maintenance knowledge. He was the gatekeeper for Hughes that allows me to go on record to say At this point if he isn't there there isn't another rep I'll speak or interact with.
