My buying experience began with Robert from the Service dept. Robert's knowledge of the vehicles and willingness to take time addressing all my questions and concerns led me to purchasing the Honda Pilot. Kyle's attention to detail made for a wonderful buying experiences. I must say in 17 years, Hughes Honda's customer care has not degraded. I was in a bad situation in 2001 and Hughes put me in a vehicle that was just right for me. The Honda Pilot is our fourth vehicle from Hughes Honda and our third Honda product . I feel they've taken great care of me and my family once again. Thank you Hughes Honda for caring about your Customers FIRST.Two years later and I traded my 2016 for a 2019 and Kyle continues to provide A1 customer service. Kyle and Melody went the extra mile to help configure my iphone to ensure I could use AppleCar play. I had restrictions turned on and Melody walked me through the troubleshooting steps to disable restrictions. AWESOME customer service ALWAYS!!!!
