Casey, the technician was doing her job. And she is always kind. The stars are for her. But I am so disappointed in the service yall offer at this dealership. This is my first time ever owning a Honda product. I have owned GM for the last 40+ years. My 2018 Honda CR-V, which I have only had come April will be 2 years...it is a nice car I've enjoyed driving it. And I only have 35,000 miles on it. But from the time I had 25,000 miles I have been harassed about services "I have to do to keep my warranty or I will lose it". These charges start adding up from $350 to $700 Everytime I come in for "routine service"! My car cost over $35,000 why in the world do hard working car owners have to be hit with all these expensive charges not even a year or so into to owning a NEW car???? And two to three times a year..however often you come for routine service. I am so disappointed!! My last visit I was told before tires could be rotated I needed a front end alignment. What??? I had less than 30,000 miles then I come back yesterday was told I needed another alignment (which was covered under that warranty)and tires would not be rotated til I bought tires!!! Whatttt??? $700 to $1000 for tires that only have 35,000 miles on them. I am a safe driver always have been. Never never never before have I had to buy tires at 35,000 miles....with my GM vehicles I have always always been able to get 50,000 to 55,000 miles out of them. And since the last alignment the car has made a roaring noise when on open highway. When I called about it I was told it was the type of tire on the car...which came on the car from the factory...Hanook!!! This makes no sense. I am very disappointed and not satisfied with this car now because from now on every visit will cost me hundreds of dollars at every visit. I will not own another Honda if this is the way the dealerships treat their NEW customers!! At the time of the sale I was given 3 yrs of free service (oil changes & tire rotations) but was told my next visit will not be free. Whattt?? So now what is that going to cost me each visit?? I am regretting changing from a GM to a Honda. I have driven my GM's 10 to 16 years at a time before buying new and only did routine service ....oil change, tire rotation, purchased tires and maybe an occasional battery and got 150,000 to 230,000 miles out of that vehicle. I feel like the alignment before the one yesterday was either not necessary or was done incorrectly otherwise my front end/tires would not be roaring...it never roared before and only started after the first alignment. I can not stress how much I am so aggravated and frustrated right now. I feel I am being dollared to death. Guess it's time to go back to GM. I wonder how many other Honda owners have had the same experience. Down and out in my CR-V. 😢😩
