Hughes Honda Review By Janek Witharana

I was on my way up from Brunswick, GA, headed to Atlanta when our one year-old Honda Fit suffered catastrophic engine damage (two rods were thrown). Hughes Honda was the closest Honda dealership to me so I had the Fit towed there. Mike, one of the service CSRs, met me and very quickly took care of me and the car. Needless to say, the repair, thankfully covered under warranty, took some time as due to the nature of the damage. Throughout the time the car was in their shop, Mike kept me up to date with the service progress and provided very good customer service. I returned to pick up the car which was washed and more importantly, was running again smoothly and Mike again provided great service on the way out. Lauretta, the service manager, also went beyond good customer support and took care of some things for us that even Honda North America was providing resistance on regarding the nature of the service. Overall, Hughes Honda with Mike and Lauretta smoothed out as much as possible an extremely inconvenient and untimely repair. Many, many thanks to them.
