I purchased a 2018 Honda Civic with sensing for my daughter in college.  I had offers from 4 dealerships.  Hughes earned my business back.  Never say never.  I was comfortable with the sales staff, price was agreed to without any hassle.  Jose was personable, he was able to offer me a better deal, and all was good.  Would have been a 5 Star rating if the transaction was quicker.  The deal was done.  Credit score is excellent.  I felt like they were dragging their feet.  Definitely had a much quicker transaction on previous purchases.  I would now suggest you give Hughes a chance.
