A week makes a huge difference. I was beyond unhappy with my service last week, but KD and Mitchell delivered 5 star service when I was in a pinch. I greatly appreciate everything they did for me and Hughes now will have my business when I do purchase a newer vehicle. Awesome associates/employees make a world of difference from having a terrible experience from before
