Hughes Honda Review By Luci Nation

I came in to get my drivers side power window control replaced. They did get it to working but evidently did check it out thoroughly. When I went out to the car the automatic feature of the window woukdn't work. I went back in. Christopher got the tech to come out and after much rolling down and up determined it was due to some tape residue on the window! Seriously? And why not take a little time to get it off and see? (I removed it in just a few minutes with a rag and WD40! That would have gone a long way in customer relations. But the service manager wrote on my ticket that if the window still didn't work when the window was cleaned I got it fixed for free! After spending close to $1300 on parts and service I would hope so!!!!!!! I am aggravated that they didn't fully check the window out before proclaiming it was fixed! I'm aggravated that they didn't TRY to get the stickiness off the window while I was there...to see if it would work! I'm aggravated that I have to drive back to the dealership on Monday for them to try to rectify this problem! So in other words...I am a very aggravated customer!!!!!!
