Everything was great except you do not offer a loaner vehicle while a time consuming job is being done. Also I think you charge far too much for maintenance that is required for the vehicle warranty to remain valid. This was standard maintenance that is required to maintain the warranty validation, it shouldn't cost such an extravagant amount. My son's Odyssey cost less than my fit for basic maintenance and they are both 2016 models.
