I went there today to look and possibly buy a car the sales associate Jeff was fantastic showed us every car possible that was in our price range. We had found a car that just came in from a trade and barely been processed by them which was fine but while test driving it we heard some rattling so we checked it out and thought we found out what it was so we test drove it again and it was still doing it so we parked it at the service department and Jeff said he was going to have someone look at it but went he went up to i believe was the manager and told him what was going on he got a attitude and said ok he wont be able to get the car today.... which i figured that much but with that attitude before i bought the car and the car already having trouble i didnt want the hassle of getting them to look at the car after i bought it cause who knows something else could have been going on and i would have had to bring back the next day... Jeff if you see this sorry i couldn't do business with you i will definitely refer you to others....but the management needs to work on their attitudes infront of customers atleast its very unprofessional
