I had a really good experience at this dealership. I visited on 7/14 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was promptly and warmly greeted upon entering the business. I appreciate Casey offering me additional services and providing me with paperwork that explained upcoming needed maintenance. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced I was offered refreshments and provided with a clean seating area to wait in. My vehicle was serviced quite quickly; I was there less than an hour. Before leaving Casey gave me a detailed explanation of what all was done to my vehicle and even walked me back to my vehicle for a final inspection. Their level of customer service is unmatched. I will definitely be back and continue to visit them for vehicle maintenance and possibly even the purchase of my next vehicle.
