I had a great experience buying my 2019 Honda Odyssey! It has been 9 years since I've looked at the Odyssey and I was amazed at all the changes. The test drive was interesting and kind of exciting. My sales consultant, Zahid, explained everything in stages to make it easier. It wasn't til after that I realized how much he shared and how much there was to know. The van handles so much easier now, the seats pulling apart gives that little bit more room, the driver's seat setting for me when I get in, and most importantly to me the SAFETY features built in. My son in law got very excited about the 'guy' things, letting me know it was going to be fun to learn the upgrades made in 9 years. My four grandsons, ages 10 and under, gave it their seal of approval.Zahid was very helpful, patient, and understood what I was looking for. While I was waiting for the next step the other employees spoke, making sure I was comfortable, as they went by making for a warm friendly environment. The finance person was very nice, answering questions patiently. Overall experience was great. Only difficulty was saying goodbye to my Odyssey of nine years and all of the memories that were made in it! Here's to new memories!
