OMG!! Where do I begin?? I had the greatest experience in purchasing my NEW 2014 Honda Accord Ex it was all because God paired me up with the BEST sales associate....TODD KEENE! Yes, my sales associate was very professional, kind, courteous and the customer service he provided, not only to me, but to my boys, Caleb and Jaylen, was absolutely phenomenal. Although, I was sad to see my 2002 Honda Accord SE with 283,000 miles on it go, my experience with Todd Keene made it worth the trade. It was nice to just have casual conversation about the world during the test drive and to find out you have something in common. Although questions were asked about the vehicle and Todd Keene went over every detailed about the vehicle, the conversation was very enlightening. I was at ease and I did not feel pressured. I definitely sold and so were my boys. And to make it all such a great experience, my boys were apart of selecting the color and even asked Todd Keene questions about the car. And of course, Todd Keen treated them like "buying" customers and was happy to answer their questions. In the end, my oldest son, Caleb, said to Todd Keene "She will take it". That sealed the deal and we are so happy with our new 2014 Honda Accord EX and the color (selected by my boys) is awesome.Todd Keene, thank you soooo very much for making this such a pleasurable experience for me. I am greatly appreciative of the outstanding customer service you shown me and my boys.
