When I walked in the service advisors did not greet me one was on the phone the other was on the computer & ignored me I stood there for approximately 5 min no one said a word so I went to the waiting area and had a seat the third advisor who was not at the desk when I walked in did come and ask could she help me her name was K.D. Davis she was extremely nice and helpful she apologized for her co workers actions and that made me feel a lot better she is the only reason they're getting three stars
