Sales Person named Tee happens to be an awesome customer service representative since he helped me thoroughly and kindly in professional manner to get a car. The car deal didn't get approved due to liability discrepancies from my end but he put his more than 100% to use any loopholes or chances to get me the car that I really need. Hughes Honda has an Asset by having Tee as one of their sales men.
Better than my daughter's last visit where she waited two hours and still didn't get her car serviced. She pulled under the shelter and a service guy greeted her, took her keys, and walked in the building with her. He went behind the counter and began typing on the computer. My daughter told him the car was under my name and he said I've got you. This was her first time getting her car serviced by herself, so she assumed she was checked in. She sat down in the waiting area and waited. After two hours she finally asked someone behind the counter and was told she never checked in. They did however check her tire pressure but that was all. She tried to explain but the attendant told her they couldn't service her car because there wasn't an opening. My wife called and explained but to no avail. We decided to forget this incident and we made another appointment for yesterday and everything was fine. FYI please put a sign under the shelter reminding customers to check in upon arrival. Just because an attendant greets you and gets your keys it doesn't mean you are checked it.
