Arrivex early they had a nice clean waiting area. We signed in and our car was taken back. Within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment we were on our way. Nothing pushy. Just told us of their findings. Replaced the needed part and done. Wished they had stepped back and told us it was ready if I had not looked at my phone and seen the missed call we could have been there a while.
Overall, the customer service was great. However, after they rotated and balanced the tires on my Accord, they didn't reset the TPMS meter.
I had two filters in the red when I picked my car up; It would have been better to get a call about that because I would have had them replaced since my car was already being serviced. Now I have to wait until next oil change; the tech said it will be fine until then but now I worry about the air quality!!!
