Service very good. Crystal Collins in Service Dept explained steps required for our SUV, kept us informed of repair progress. Due to number of repairs the car was at the shop overnight. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

It's always clean, straightforward, friendly, and quiet atmosphere. Service department is especially top notch. I dont believe I have ever felt uneasy about doing business in Hughes.
