The service department can be quite slow. Be prepared to spend several hours if you are getting an oil change.

Our experience was A+++++ as we changed our lease from an Accord to a CRV. We're in love with our new car! Everyone was so helpful and positive ! Shelia, Jose, and Kyle explained all of our business very clearly and made us feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time.There was absolutely no pressure.We plan to ask for Shelia when time comes to get another car.What a wonderful young woman she is! We're so thankful that she was the salesperson who approached us when we arrived at Hughes Honda.
