Very kind and helpful with refreshments for my son and I during the recall appointment. I was so pleased with the experience that I wanted to use them for my major service appointments (transmission flush and timing belt) next. The pricing points were in line with competitors BUT, (and this is a big "but" for a single mom with kids and only one vehicle) they didn't provide a car while my Pilot was being serviced. Huge issue for me. I can't rely on a shuttle because there's no telling when my kids will call me sick or hurt from school. Additionally, I would need to take them to school and pick them up, I can't do that during the shuttle times. Needless to say, I'm going to a competitors service department solely for the fact that I am provided a car while this major servicing is being performed.

Very happy with the service I received from Hughes Honda. Crystal was very professional and friendly. I didn't feel like I was ripped off.
