We were traveling and our pilot had a major breakdown on the highway and the pilot was towed to Hughes. Everyone at Hughes was great. Chris in service set us up and coordinated with our dealership and got us back in the road.If I lived within 50 miles of Hughes I would buy my next Honda from them!

It was an excellent and pleasant experience

Appointment at 0845; seen promptly. Waiting area was "cleaned" approximately every 20 minutes.I haves Hughes 5 stars even though a question wasn't answered well. My car was ready in an hour as promised, BUT the alignment of one of my tires was slightly off. My issue was that this SAME PROBLEM was brought up to me shortly after I bought the car. Hughes aligned it free. This time it cost me $100. Does the Odyssey have an alignment issue? It appears that it may have an issue based on my experience. Looking forward to my next maintenance visit.

I love coming to the Honda service center here in Warner Robins. Everyone is always so nice, and they make you feel like your their most valuable costumer. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here. Thank you guys so much for always getting me out in a very reasonable time and making me feel comfortable while I wait for my car to be done. Great customer service!!
