Hughes Honda was excellent. They were easy to get on the phone, very responsive to follow up and answer my questions, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We are completely satisfied with the pilot we bought . I am so happy to have the room for 8, we have 3 Adults an two growing tall teens unlike my old Mimi Van every one has their place and space + room for company.My pilot is so easy to drive and fits into a parking space on my first try.The sales man Zahid Khan was great, I have bought all of our vehicles for 40 years if I don't like a salesperson I walked out the door. Honda has a great sales team Mr. Khan is very polite, a nice gentleman he helped me in every way made me feel so comfortable. I knew I wanted a pilot after my husband told me go drive a pilot. This was the first time I did not have to shop for what I wanted.If we need another car Honda will be my first stop.
