I recently purchased my vehicle from Hughes Honda in Warner Robins.I was greeted by the sales agent Tee. He was easy to work with and very patient. Tee was very knowledgeable of the vehicle as all other vehicles. He made sure all my needs were met and I was satisfied. Buying a car can be a agaony but Tee made it a lot easier. I'm glad I got to know Ken in finance and the service department. A great team.

We needed our 2014 Honda Odyssey van windshield replaced and they referred me to the business they use to replace windshields. The business was great and they came out and it was replaced in an hour. The business also told me I would need to go back to Hughes to get the windshield recalibrated. I called Hughes, it took more than a few tries to get a hold of them then when I did they couldn't schedule me in until the next week (4 days later even though they normally can schedule same day as replacement) and I would have to watch the weather because the recallibration can only be done with sunny and not a cloudy or rainy day.Monday comes and I call because the weather app says its going to rain so do I keep appointment and they are like "It's sunny right now so yeah." Two hours before my appointment its sunny:/ Anyways, I get there and they then tell me that it normally takes an hour to recalibrate but it may take longer since it's down to only 2 guys working...kinda wish I was told that when I called because I ended up waiting an 1:45 min and the lady that checked me out then says: " Because I have an after market windshield it was harder for them to recalibrate and it may not have been done properly." I was like: "I went to the place you guys told me to go and now your telling me I got the wrong windshield?" She just shrugged and repeated what she said. She definitely wasn't the friendliest clerk as her certificates behind her stated.

Took my Accord in for the annual check-up and the service was, as expected, perfect! Honda changed my oil and filter, rotated the tires and replaced (for free) a valve stem cap that was missing. The service consultant also informed me that one of my tires was out of alignment. The only service performed that was not already covered by my service contract was the alignment. The service was not performed without my permission and the pricing was comparable to this service when performed at other venues.Now, my vehicle is 18 months old and I will probably need new tires in the near future. I asked about tire cost and insurance coverage and was informed that Hughes Honda would price-match any similar make and brand when I do replace my tires. This is a win-win!
