Appointment at 0845; seen promptly. Waiting area was "cleaned" approximately every 20 minutes. I haves Hughes 5 stars even though a question wasn't answered well. My car was ready in an hour as promised, BUT the alignment of one of my tires was slightly off. My issue was that this SAME PROBLEM was brought up to me shortly after I bought the car. Hughes aligned it free. This time it cost me $100. Does the Odyssey have an alignment issue? It appears that it may have an issue based on my experience. Looking forward to my next maintenance visit.
I ordered tires and set up an appointment to have them installed. The order was placed on the 26th of March. The appointment a week later on the 2nd of April. When I arrived for the appointment to service tech checked the computer there were no tires in stock. There is a disconnect with the Web site. The service techs searched to find me some tires. They did and I appreciate their efforts. But lack of coordination caused unnecessary delays and I didn't get the tires I ordered.
