I went in for a recall on the airbag. I expected to be advised and pressured for all sorts of things, but I was not. They didn't mention my check engine light and didn't suggest anything further. They even answered a couple of questions I had and still no hint of pressure for more or added service. I really appreciated this. And because of this, I may seek them in the future. My only dislike was being called twice, texted and emailed in a 24-hour period for a review
