In and out in less than an hour
Service department is fantastic, Mike in particular. I usually don't use dealerships for repairs, but I had a coupon for 15% off labor. I had a few preventative maintenance items to take care of and also wanted to see about the loud noise my car had recently started making. Took it in without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning, and they were able to fit me in. I chose to stay and wait even though they told me it would probably be all day. The waiting area is comfy enough with plenty of outlets and a TV, plus free wifi, bathrooms and a vending machine. There's also two tables (I snagged part of one to set up my laptop and knock out some homework). I wound up being there through lunch, so they gave me a ride to Wendy's right around the corner. The noise turned out to be a broken wheel bearing, so they fixed everything up and sent me on my way. They honored my 15% off coupon with no questions asked. Overall I'm very pleased with the service I received and will definitely go back if needed.
