Real nice showroom, no pressure selling. I went into find out if I needed a new car, I left without a new car, but I learned how much my car is worth and information on the new models. Maybe next year, I'll get a new one.
Nice place. Get parts from here. If they don't have them they can order them and it doesn't take long for parts to arrive.
My family has purchased several cars from Honda and at least 3 of the 6 Honda's that have been purchased over time in our family came from this particular dealer (the others were purchased from Walsh Honda, but later traded in at this dealer for a newer make or different model).
I purchased my first new car at Hughes Honda on 22 Aug 16. Jesse Thornton was outstanding with his professionalism and no hassle/haggle salesmanship. He answered every and I mean every question that I had and there were plenty before I would commit on the dotted line. He did not bring other salesmen over to pressure me to purchasing a car as I know this is a Tactic used at most dealership. He brought me some food and coffee because I said I was hungry. Ms. Melanie in finance was a joy to work with as well. If you ever go to Hughes Honda to purchase a vehicle ask for Jesse Thornton he is by far the best car salesmen I ever worked with. His professionalism is was to benchmark from. He wanted to make sure that I was happy with the pricing and did not try to get me to purchase items that I was on the fence about. He brought logic to every question that I had. I see now why Hughes Honda is the best in Georgia.
Had a pretty great experience working with Carlos. He's a pretty good dude and salesman. But what was best of all is that he matched my price and was able to throw in some extras to match those as well. I'll definitely be back to get my next vehicle. Thanks Hughes and thank you Carlos. All that aside, you tell dealerships your price and stick to your guns. You have a budget and you'll be the one living with that price. Do your research, don't be bullied and do not be afraid to walk away.
