Came in today to get a new key made for my car and the women and the service desk couldn't have been any nicer. She had everything ready for me before I came to pick my car up and even figured out that my battery was bad and had it jump off for me! She told me her name but I can't remember it (pregnancy brain) but I will definitely be coming back because of her!!!
We are very satisfied with the service from the Service Department at Hughes Honda. We made our appointment online and when we arrived everything was handled in a timely manner. The staff is friendly and the waiting time isn't too bad.
Speedy service, friendly staff
I absolutely had a wonderful experience with Hughes Honda! Before I even walked in the door I was already impressed. I started a conversation on the website and told them what I was looking for and someone contacted me within 20 minutes. From there I was invited to take a test drive. The next weekend I went in for my test drive and fell in love with the 2017 Honda Odyssey. I knew they didn't have the exact one I wanted on their lot, so they prepared to hunt it down for me. Then a little miracle happened, my exact car WAS on the lot and I just didn't know it! I decided to buy that day and was helped and guided very well by Alex Tyler. He was absolutely amazing at explaining every detail of my new van, and then got me the deal I wanted! I was very pleased with the negotiating process there, they were very willing to work with me on everything. I could not have asked for a better experience! And the next day I received a call from Alex just to ensure no questions had popped up, and to ask how I was enjoying my van. Absolutely a wonderful staff! I had interaction with at least 4 people while I was there, and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Take my advice, never go to any other Honda dealership! The experience is nowhere comparable to what you will have with Hughes!I'm definitely with Hughes for the remainder of my Honda vehicle days!
