Having heard many horror stories about car shopping, my fiancá and I went to Hughes Honda looking for our first new car with our guards up. We weren't sure what to expect when going there, but assumed we'd have to deal with pushy car salesmen. Jesse Thornton approached us when we got there and immediately our expectations were proven wrong. Jesse was awesome!!! He was down to earth and explained everything about the car that we were looking at. Not only did he make us feel comfortable dealing with a car salesman, he made it a great experience over all. We were able to leave that day with the exact car we wanted at a price that worked for us. Hughes Honda provides a friendly, welcoming environment where they don't push you to buy their cars. If you don't want to a car from them, they don't want your business. Jesse and the staff at Hughes made our first car buying experience pleasant and they exceeded our expectations. Knowing what we know now, we never would have considered going to any other dealership.

Kyle Tubbs is THE MAN!!! And Jose was great, too. I came into the dealership, telling Kyle that I had no credit, that I was upside down on my current vehicle, and I had $0 down... He said, "So what's the bad news??" I laughed and we turned some info over to Jose. While he was talking to the bank, Kyle and I went for a test drive. I absolutely loved the Honda Civic. We got back, I sat at the desk for a few minutes and Kyle came in with his right hand extended, congratulating me. THEY WORKED THE DEAL!!! Our experience today was unlike any we have EVER had when purchasing a car. What an enjoyable morning! Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us learn about our choices, but more importantly, Todd was genuinely trying to meet OUR needs. He applied no pressure and did not rush us at all. In fact, we arrived to look at Hondas before the dealership even opened for the day, but Todd was already there early and did not hesitate to offer his assistance to us. I would be proud to have a son or grandson just like him. His demeanor and disposition emanate of real caring for the customers he serves. Hughes Honda is blessed to have such a caring and honest individual in their employ.

2 days ago I new that I didn't want to pour anymore of my hard earned money into my older SUV. So I made the decision to go to Hughes Honda in Warner Robins. There I met Todd Keene and Joseph Scarborough. These two men helped me tremendously. They made me feel comfortable right away and helped me to find the best car for my money. Now my credit isn't the best, low to mid 600's. and they were able to help me get a BRAND NEW HONDA CRV. I'm talking 2014 only 11 miles on it when i test drove it. I was able to do it with NO $$$ DOWN and still had $4000 on my other SUV.NOW on top of it all I have a LIFETIME POWERTRAIN WARRANTY ENGINE TRANSMISSION AXELS WHEEL BEARINGS AND EVEN FUEL INJECTION COMPONENTS. I also got BUMPER to BUMPER coverage.It was an awesome experience. I am sending my soon to be husband to them for his next vehicle.
