I just bought my third Honda Accord from Hughes Honda and my second from salesman Kyle Tubbs and I'll never regret it. I have bought many cars in the past and I usually leave the dealership with a bad taste in my mouth after having been pressured into buying more than I wanted with a payment that was more than I could afford and usually ending upside-down on the note. That has never been the case at Hughes Honda. Rather than pressuring me, Kyle lets me pick the model that I want, then T J Medina helps me find a way to fit that car into my budget. I never feel pressured to buy, they always help me to include the features that I really want (like shade vents and gap coverage) and I have never been upside down on the note because they only sell quality. After the sale, Kyle even meets me each time I come into the dealership to have my Accord serviced to see how the car is doing or if I need any help. I love my Service Advisor, Lauretta Smith and I'm always happy to see her and have my vehicle serviced at the dealership - on Saturdays, so I don't have to miss work. She never pressures me, just tells me what needs to be done and why, then lets me decide how much I want done on that visit. SO, if you want the best car on the road along with the best dealership, salesman and service advisor around - go to Hughes Honda and you will be as happy as I am.

I bought a new Honda Pilot from Hughes. The whole car buying experience was awesome from beginning to end. The sales person Yainier Acosta is AWESOME! He is so nice, friendly and not pushy at all. He was very helpful and treated us like family. Also the Jose Acevedo gave us a great deal and made sure that we were taken care of. They gave snacks and drinks to my daughter and they even helped me move all of my stuff from my old Pilot to my new Pilot. Everyone at Hughes was great, I would definitely go back to Yainier Acosta and Jose Acevedo to buy another Honda in the future. Yainier Acosta is by far the best and most professional sales person I have ever dealt with!

I have had horrible experiences with car dealerships in the past, especially the crooks at Jeff Smith Automotive in Warner Robins. Hughes Honda, however, has changed our outlook on car buying. We purchased a 2014 Honda Civic LX and I love it. Our salesman, Carlos and Jose, our finance manager, were wonderful in every step of the process at the dealership. I didn't feel pressured at all. Normally when you go to a dealership, the minute you get there, the sales people pounce on you like vultures. Not at Hughes Honda though, they introduce themselves to you so you don't feel ignored, then they let you take as long as you need to look at the inventory. The entire process of purchasing the vehicle took just under three hours. I highly recommend Hughes Honda to anyone in the Middle Georgia area who needs a new vehicle. Definitely make sure you ask for Carlos. Will definitely purchase from Hughes Honda again if we ever need another vehicle.

Our experience today was unlike any we have EVER had when purchasing a car. What an enjoyable morning! Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us learn about our choices, but more importantly, Todd was genuinely trying to meet OUR needs. He applied no pressure and did not rush us at all. In fact, we arrived to look at Hondas before the dealership even opened for the day, but Todd was already there early and did not hesitate to offer his assistance to us.I would be proud to have a son or grandson just like him. His demeanor and disposition emanate of real caring for the customers he serves. Hughes Honda is blessed to have such a caring and honest individual in their employ.

Amazing Customer Service!!My mom's car would not start, but she is battling stage 4 cancer and I was not sure how I could get the car to her since I could not leave her. I called Hughes Honda, and they sent a representative to our house to jump start the car! He went above and beyond by then taking her car to their service department (so I did not have to leave), getting it inspected, and bringing it back. It is so great to see a company provide customer service that exceeds expectations. I definitely recommend this trustworthy company.

Hughes Honda has a very friendly and courteous staff. I went in today to get my Honda Civic serviced and was greeted by the service department. While I waited I spoke with Marlon which is the same salesman that sold me my current civic. He showed me the new accords and gave me options on everything. As soon as I am ready to buy a car I will be coming back here to see Marlon because he is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get you a car that you want. He made my car experience a very enjoyable one and I will differently purchase my next car here.
