I have driven several different makes of vehicles over the last sixteen years. Of all makes, Honda has always been my favorite. We needed a new vehicle, so we decided there would not be a better time to get a Honda than now! Thankfully, a great friend of ours Kyle Tubbs works at our local Honda dealership. First and foremost, he made the entire process amazing, friendly, comfortable, and carefree. We never experienced the typical "pushy car salesman" approach to purchasing a new vehicle. We felt like we were given royalty treatment throughout the entire experience. One of our biggest concerns as parents, was safety and reliability. Kyle was able to point out, not only the great new features of the Pilot, but all of the safety features which mean everything! The experience did not just stop at the purchase. When we got the vehicle, Kyle made sure to explain important travel features of the vehicle, such as the hands-free Bluetooth phone system. I was absolutely in love with this feature, which makes using a cell phone safer when on the road driving! Kyle even helped us install our carseat using the middle seat latch system, which is an excellent feature as well. Overall, we truly enjoyed getting a Honda from Hughes Honda with Kyle. I doubt we will be in the car-buying business any time soon (we just purchased a Honda, people), but if we are, Hughes Honda is the place to go! And go see Kyle!

Amazing Customer Service!!My mom's car would not start, but she is battling stage 4 cancer and I was not sure how I could get the car to her since I could not leave her. I called Hughes Honda, and they sent a representative to our house to jump start the car! He went above and beyond by then taking her car to their service department (so I did not have to leave), getting it inspected, and bringing it back. It is so great to see a company provide customer service that exceeds expectations. I definitely recommend this trustworthy company.

Our experience today was unlike any we have EVER had when purchasing a car. What an enjoyable morning! Todd was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping us learn about our choices, but more importantly, Todd was genuinely trying to meet OUR needs. He applied no pressure and did not rush us at all. In fact, we arrived to look at Hondas before the dealership even opened for the day, but Todd was already there early and did not hesitate to offer his assistance to us. I would be proud to have a son or grandson just like him. His demeanor and disposition emanate of real caring for the customers he serves. Hughes Honda is blessed to have such a caring and honest individual in their employ.

Hughes Honda has a very friendly and courteous staff. I went in today to get my Honda Civic serviced and was greeted by the service department. While I waited I spoke with Marlon which is the same salesman that sold me my current civic. He showed me the new accords and gave me options on everything. As soon as I am ready to buy a car I will be coming back here to see Marlon because he is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get you a car that you want. He made my car experience a very enjoyable one and I will differently purchase my next car here.

Wonderful EmployeeMy husband and I went in today to Hughes Honda to see about buying a new vehicle. Due to out financial circumstances, we were unable to buy one right there and then. Todd was a great sales representative and did everything in his power to make things work for us. As a person, Todd is very friendly and we could tell that he wanted to genuinely help us. I really appreciated his can do attitude and how relaxed he was around us. He made us feel welcomed and happy. I liked that he has a lot of knowledge on the vehicles her is selling, and that gave us confidence that he knew what he was talking about.He showed us around, including the service center and all around the car lot itself, inside and out. In the end, we settled on going in at a later date to buy the vehicle we were looking at, and when we do, I know that Todd will be there to help us make the right decisions and buy our new vehicle at the best rate possible. Thank you very much for everything, Todd!

I've now purchased 4 Hondas from Phil Hughes Honda in Warner Robins and this was by far my best experience yet. All have been good but Kyle Tubbs really made this is a smooth process. We communicated primarily by phone, at my request as I live out of town. He understood exactly what I was looking for and made sure they had the vehicle on the lot when I got to town. He was a top-notch professional and I would recommend him to anyone I know in the market for a Honda.
