Hughes Honda gave me a great experience when it came to buying my 2014 Honda Accord especially with the help of Yanier Acosta. Acosta such a great salesman, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle, he didnt throw any BS stuff like other salesman do, he made me feel welcome and he treated me like a family. He's a great asset to Hughes Honda and hope to do business with him again in the future. Keep up the hard work Acosta!!! Thanks for all your help!!! The only reason why i gave you guys a five star rating!

I had the best car buying experience ever! Acosta was very helpful and made it fun. I drove my last Honda for 14 years so I hope to get a long life from this car too.

Kyle Tubbs is THE MAN!!! And Jose was great, too. I came into the dealership, telling Kyle that I had no credit, that I was upside down on my current vehicle, and I had $0 down... He said, "So what's the bad news@f0@f0" I laughed and we turned some info over to Jose. While he was talking to the bank, Kyle and I went for a test drive. I absolutely loved the Honda Civic. We got back, I sat at the desk for a few minutes and Kyle came in with his right hand extended, congratulating me. THEY WORKED THE DEAL!!! I purchased a 2014 Honda Pilot from Hughes back in April. Overall, I have been pleased with the experience I have had at Hughes. Here is my quick review:Pros(1) Friendly and non-pushy staff => My salesperson, Kyle Tubbs, worked with us over a year on the purchase. He never rushed our decision and was always agreeable to work with and a great communicator throughout the process. I highly recommend Kyle. He is the reason I went with Hughes.(2) Delivery of my vehicle was quick. I went in and within an hour was out the door. This is the fastest car buying experience I have ever hadCons:(1) the biggest draw back for Hughes is their pushing of dealer protection packages that amount to nearly 2000 dollars. I absolutely abhor dealers forcing add-ons to the price of the car. Fortunately, I was able to negotiate on the pricing of these as it could have been a deal breaker. If you are quoted a price, please note, these 2000 in fees will be added to that. Hughes, honestly, my advice, drop this. If people want the protection packages, sell them to them. However, it should not be a requirement in the final purchase. It is the reason I could not give 5 stars to the sales process.On a final note, I did want to provide additional comments on my Pilot. This is not really factored into my rating on the dealership. However, if my service experience goes poorly, I may provide a separate rating for that. My Pilot has had some build quality issues. So far, I have had a loud popping from the sunvisors when closing either the driver or the passenger side visor. This is has not been resolved, and it appears that some pilots on the lot make the noise while others do not. If you are noise sensitive, check this on your test drive. In addition, two items I am addressing this week are around the second row seat. The recline lever broke off and a piece of plastic under the seat came loose. None of these items are huge, but I have owned several Hondas. This is the first time I have had a Honda exhibit poor build quality.

This is the third car that I have bought from Hughes Honda. I couldn't be more pleased with the outstanding service provided by Kyle Grubbs. He is dedicated to make this experience as pleasant as possible. He anticipates and addresses potential problems before they happen. I highly recommend him, he will make your car buying experience as pleasant and smooth as possible.

Todd Keene was AWESOME and helpful! he made us feel very important and he did everything he could for us, he gave us the exact information we needed without a hassle! Adeana was our original salesperson but it was her day off, and yet she surprised us by coming to say hello and to meet us! I honestly didnt expect for the service to be so amazing!! Thumbs up for these guys! WONDERFUL TEAM!!!
