AWESOME, RESPECTFUL STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE!!My experience at Hughes Honda was awesome because of the care and concern of the staff members that assisted me. Jessica assisted me with the 2013 Honda Pilot on day 1, but I ended up buying the 2014 Honda Accord LX on day 2. The car is beautiful, classy, and handles very well. Acosta went over all the features and perks of my car. The technology center is great and Acosta was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all the questions that I had. He even showed me the little valet trick. When I met Jose he was very thorough, polite, straight-forward, and honest. He did not try to trick me into anything or convince me to make a purchase that I could not afford. I felt as if he took it personal to ensure that I was able to get into a nice vehicle, with warranty, GAP, and no worries for a reasonable payment and great interest rate. As I was signing the final papers Eddie in finance was very friendly and polite as well. I left the dealership feeling as if I made some genuine friends. I feel that if I have any questions, problems, or concerns, the staff that assisted me will do everything in their power to rectify the situation. THIS WAS BY FAR THE HAPPIEST AND MOST FUN EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD MAKING A BIG PURCHASE SUCH AS A BRAND NEW CAR!! I would definitely recommend buying a car from Hughes. I love my new Honda Pilot. The two people who stood out the most and made my car buying experience so awesome were Yainier Acosta and Jose Acosta. It is because of these two that I will keep coming back here. Yainier Acosta was the most outstanding sales person that I have ever dealt with. Jose Acevedo was also super friendly and they both treated me like family. Everyone at the dealership was so nice and the best part of all - I got a great deal and GREAT service!! I felt like royalty! Definitely would go to Hughes Honda again!
So as active duty military, they gave me a great deal, good military discounts, and comparable, or even better customer service than BMW or Mercedes did! I first leased a 2012 Mercedes benz, got rid of that due to replacing two turbos within a year. Then went for a 2013 BMW 335i, got rid of that after 6 months since it was super expensive to pay and maintain (although they had the free maintenance for 4 years I couldn't deal with the thoughts of long term consequences for owning it after 4 years without paying extra for extended warranty) and gas mileage SUCKED. Living in Centerville, I would have to fill up every 4-5 days for gas. I've read reviews about this place and the gas mileage on civics compared to corollas and also considered the Mazda 3 touring. After doing lots of homework for 3 months, ultimately I came down to the civic due to reliability, FOREVER warranty, and looks. Kyle Tubbs helped me out a lot, worked with me, he was very patient with my decisions. Got me a super good deal and I can't complain. Always do your homework first, but if you're looking for a honda, go here. At Mercedes and BMW, they seemed they didn't really care about anything else except just sales and how much money you have. That's how I felt at these places. Kyle has done a lot of follow ups with me and I can't complain because it makes me feel like a valued customer. Follow ups even months later can make a large difference. I work in healthcare and its true for the same. Follow up calls make patients feel valued and noticed. Experience With Kyle Tubbs at Hughes Honda Warner Robins, GAMy husband was in car accident several weeks ago. Our immediate thought was to look at the Honda Accords. We were previous owners years ago and we were familiar with Honda's quality, performance and service. After speaking to your sales representative Kyle Tubbs we were invited to come by and visit your showroom. This was a wonderful car buying experience! I did not feel pressured at any time during the entire process. German was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and informative and answered all of my questions. My last purchase was 9 years ago at a different dealership which was not a very pleasant experience. German and T.J. made the whole experience pleasant and enjoyable. I have already shared this car buying experience with family and friends.
