So as active duty military, they gave me a great deal, good military discounts, and comparable, or even better customer service than BMW or Mercedes did! I first leased a 2012 Mercedes benz, got rid of that due to replacing two turbos within a year. Then went for a 2013 BMW 335i, got rid of that after 6 months since it was super expensive to pay and maintain (although they had the free maintenance for 4 years I couldn't deal with the thoughts of long term consequences for owning it after 4 years without paying extra for extended warranty) and gas mileage SUCKED. Living in Centerville, I would have to fill up every 4-5 days for gas. I've read reviews about this place and the gas mileage on civics compared to corollas and also considered the Mazda 3 touring. After doing lots of homework for 3 months, ultimately I came down to the civic due to reliability, FOREVER warranty, and looks. Kyle Tubbs helped me out a lot, worked with me, he was very patient with my decisions. Got me a super good deal and I can't complain. Always do your homework first, but if you're looking for a honda, go here. At Mercedes and BMW, they seemed they didn't really care about anything else except just sales and how much money you have. That's how I felt at these places. Kyle has done a lot of follow ups with me and I can't complain because it makes me feel like a valued customer. Follow ups even months later can make a large difference. I work in healthcare and its true for the same. Follow up calls make patients feel valued and noticed. WOW!!!! I am still AMAZED at how patient and professional Mr. Chuck, Todd, Marlon, and Eddie were in working with me to get me into a brand new Honda Accord EXL. I had been searching dealer after dealer after dealer for more than 2 months, but none were able to get me what I wanted for the price I needed to fit my budget. Mr. Chuck and Eddie worked until they found a bank to finance me for where I needed to be for the payments I wanted. Also, my salesperson Todd was extremely personable and eager to make me happy with my new car. My initial interaction with Marlon Bussey was very pleasing. He was nothing like what I consider typical salesmen which try to bombard customers and try to tell the customer what they want instead of listening to the customer and finding out their needs. Marlon was very proffessional and answered questions that were asked and was not pushy. I called Marlon to let him know I was coming back in to look and do business and he told me to ask for Kyle. Kyle was aware of what I was interested in and seems very knowlegdeable about the Honda line of vehicles.
