I had such a great car buying experience. German was a great sales associate!! I came by to look at vehicles and he was extremely informative and helped me pick out the perfect car for me. I let him know my concerns and what I was looking for and he was great at finding the perfect fit for me. I never felt pressured or pushed into anything that I didn't love. He was great at explaining how everything was calculated and he thoroughly explained all of the details. The best part about this experience was that it wasn't your typical car salesman-type pitch. After deciding on the car and the price I wanted, I went to sign all the papers and go over the details of the purchase. I was then met with Eddie Kuhns who was just as helpful! He answered every question in full detail and again did not make me feel rushed or pressured into anything. The demeanor of the whole dealership was very positive, laid back, and informative. This was a great car buying experience and I have already recommended them to a few friends. I would definitely recommend this dealership and German! He was awesome!

Bought the car with little trouble. Did not feel pressured at all, even when I left for a week to think it over. The rep called only once during that week. Had to go in for a nail in my tire and took care of it without a problem. nail in the corner near the sidewall. Only had to pay a small amount because it was a premium tire. Good service and had me out in no time. Took me longer to drive there.

This was a very painless process. I drove from Atlanta to WR to purchase a used vehicle. I called ahead of time and spoke to Jamar who was the nicest young man. He explained the vehicle and its features/condition and I could tell his genuineness over the phone. He went above and beyond by phoning after he left work to make sure that everything went smooth while we were there. He assured me someone would be ready for us when we arrived. We had the pleasure of working with Buddy Dy who was a very patient and easy to work with salesman and easy to ask questions. We felt very comfortable with him and never felt haggled or pressured. Mr. Wood also made us feel very welcome and appreciative of our business. The overall dealership was very professional and pleasant. We are very happy with the purchase and would recommend this dealership to others.

Everyone we contacted was friendly and helpful. They all seemed to work well together as a team and even after being handed off between employees, they would come back later and ask how things went and were we happy. It is apparent that this is a local, family owned business and that everyone works together as a team.

The salesman did not pressure us, but he knew we were in the market for the van. At first they said our credit wasn't good enough for a loan that size, but the finance people worked it out and we got a loan at 2.9%. We were delighted
